15 oz. crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
In a small saucepan, mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Pour over large unbaked pizza dough. May also use for dipping sauce.
